Returns are accepted as long as the items are sent and registered within 15 working days of receipt of the item.
Items must be returned unused, with their tags and original packaging in perfect condition.
Lobra is not responsible for damage to or loss of any item during its shipment back to our establishment.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, and refunds will be credited to the payment method originally used for the purchase.
We are not responsible for any loss of packages during the returns process.
Since this is a handmade production, it is likely that the pieces will not be exactly the same as the item displayed.
Lobra reserves the right not to accept products that do not meet the above conditions.
To return an item, you must notify info@lobra.art of the return, stating your order number, the name of the product and attaching a photo of the item you wish to return.
After receiving confirmation, please send the item to:
